What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule an event?

If an event must be canceled or rescheduled, participants are notified and refunds are issued as appropriate. We understand that unexpected circumstances happen, but frequent cancellations or poor communication may affect a host’s standing on the platform. Clear expectations and timely updates go a long way toward maintaining trust. As a rule, please keep the time and duration of the event as promoted to the participants. Cancellations should take place only in an emergency.
